I value mental health deeply, and together with my lived experiences, this passion motivated me to train and work in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I offer a calm, welcoming space to pause, unpack, and make sense of your own story.

My first studies were in environmental themes (MSc), knowing that for us to thrive we need to work with nature. Originally from Slovakia, I have lived, studied, and worked in Prague, London, briefly in Vienna, and a few years in Chiang Mai, Thailand, before England become my home, over 15 years ago.

Travelling and living in different cultures have shaped how I see the world and deepened my respect for the stories we each carry. Working with context, identity, diversity, and universal equity is essential to me.

I have provided counselling and psychotherapy in charity and university settings to adults and students from a wide range of backgrounds.

I offer a supportive space for people from all walks of life. I support those navigating

Choosing to begin therapy is a brave step. It’s a powerful act of vulnerability and self-discovery. Through my life and work I’ve learned deeply about loss and grief. I’ve also experienced and  witnessed in others the strength and possibility of rebuilding a new life.
It's been a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journeys.

For some, therapy is about resolving present issues; for others, it involves looking further back to make better sense of their own story.
